Party Hire Faq

The earlier you book your equipment the better – to make sure you get exactly what you need.

We have different sizes available in our table hire range, including the below options.

• The 8ft (2.4m) Trestle Table will seat 10 in comfort (including 1 person sitting at each end).
• The 6ft (1.8m) Trestle Table will seat 8 in comfort (including 1 person sitting at each end).
• All rectangular trestle tables are 760mm in width.
• 1.6m diameter round tables which will seat 8 in comfort but you can fit up to 10 (Note be very careful choosing round tables for your event they take up a lot more room than a standard table please ask one of our friendly consultants for advice).

This depends on many different factors, that is why we come to you for a no obligation measure and quote.

So the answer is to have a no obligation inspection of your site by one of our experienced staff to help you work through all these questions.

As all our marquees have freestanding frames and we are able to anchor them with weights when we are not able to peg.

Yes we can this is something we do quite regularly if you can supply us with the height and length measurements we can normally quote over the phone, however a site inspection may be required.
