Party Hire FAQ'S

The earlier you book your party equipment the better. This helps to make sure you get exactly what you need and that we don’t sell out.

We have different sizes available in our table hire range. These include including the below options.

• The 8ft (2.4m) Trestle Table will seat 10 in comfort (including 1 person sitting at each end).
• The 6ft (1.8m) Trestle Table will seat 8 in comfort (including 1 person sitting at each end).
• All rectangular trestle tables are 760mm in width.
• 1.6m diameter round tables will seat 8 in comfort. However you can fit up to 10 (Note : be very careful choosing round tables for your event. They take up a lot more room than a standard table. Please ask one of our friendly consultants for advice).

This depends on many different factors such as size and features. That is why we usually come to you for a no obligation measure and quote.

There are many factors to take into account when it comes to the size of marquee to hire. They include but are not limited to:

• How many people?
• Type of function?
• Standing or sitting?

So the answer is to have a no obligation inspection of your site by one of our experienced staff to help you work through all these questions.

All our marquees have freestanding frames and we are able to anchor them with weights when we are not able to peg. The weights usually hang from the frame and make it too heavy to blow away.

Yes we can. This is something we do quite regularly if you can supply us with the height and length measurements of your pergola. We can normally quote over the phone, however a site inspection may be required.
