From backyard birthdays to weddings and corporate functions, our glassware hire range covers the drinks your guests will want. Choose from 210ml and 260ml wine glasses, 190ml champagne glasses, 285ml beer pots, 285ml highball glasses, tumblers and 177ml martini glasses, plus cups and saucers for tea and coffee.

Glasses are supplied in boxes of 24 or 36, so it’s easy to work out how many you need and to keep them safe in transport.

No Washing Up Required

Hiring glasses means you don’t spend the end of your event at the sink. Just empty the dregs, pop the glasses back in the box they came in, and we’ll take care of the cleaning. It’s one of the most popular reasons customers hire glassware rather than buying disposable cups or borrowing from friends.

Glass Hire FAQs

Do I need to wash the glasses before returning them?
No. Just empty them out and put them back in the boxes they came in, and we’ll do the cleaning.

How much does glass hire cost?
Most of our glasses are $27 for a box of 24, including wine, champagne, beer pot and tumbler glasses. Highball glasses are $40.50 for 36, and martini glasses are $87 for 36. All prices include GST.

How many glasses should I hire?
As a guide, allow at least one glass per guest for each type of drink you’re serving, and add extra for longer events where glasses get set down and lost. For a wedding or formal function, many hosts hire both wine and champagne glasses for every guest.

Can I hire glasses in smaller quantities?
Glasses are hired by the box, in 24s or 36s depending on the glass. If you’re unsure how many boxes you need, give us a call and we’ll help you work it out.
